The NBS in its Road Transport Data report released on Tuesday said that a total of 6,486 road crashes occurred within the review period, consisting of 3,301 and 3,185 cases recorded in Q1 and Q2 respectively.
It said the 3,301 cases recorded in Q1 represents a 0.36 per cent decline from the 3,313 cases recorded in the previous quarter, while 3,185 cases were documented in Q2 showing a 3.51 per cent decrease quarter-on-quarter.
