The Nigerian railway corporation will return to it’s normal passenger and freight schedule services next week.
The Managing Director NRC Fidet Okhiria who disclosed this on Wednesday in Lagos said the train is schedule for one trip after it resumed operation.
Okhiria said for now they are still testing the new narrow gauge track to ascertain to the if full service can commence.
Train service was suspended in October 2019 due to the ongoing construction of the lagos ibadan standard gauge line.
